Biography

In 2006 Lucas competed in his first bodybuilding show, the inba victorian titles novice division and won this competition, he then competed at the 2007 inba melbourne titles winning the intermediate and overall, his next competition was the 2007 inba victorian titles winning the intermediate title again, then the inba australian title placing 4th, in 2008 he competed in the inba victorian titles placing 4th, and 2009 competed in the inba victorian titles open division placing 1st, then the inba australian titles placing 4th.

As a boy growing up lucas played australian rules football for 16 years before switching to bodybuilding after being held up whilst working his first night shift in a service station. this inspired lucas to start training to put on some size as he was a small 70kg boy at this stage. after training for 4 years of training lucas decided to do his first bodybuilding competition as a test to his self physically and mentally on how far he can push his self to see what condition is achievable.

Lucas enjoys the bodybuilding lifestyle for the dicipline thats required to achieve the best results possible and the motivation and determination requred to improve on every competition and be the best you can be.
